How do I get started?
Simply go to JOIN MY TEAM Use mentor ID #2904 You have the option of four different starter kits now. You get immediate access to all of the training we have available once you submit your application to join! We are currently adding designers from the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. See Below for a comparison list of each kit. Our business kits are the best value you will ever get. They are such a bargain for a lot of product!
How do I stay an active designer?
Submit $75 in Personal Volume one month during a 3 month period. On the fourth month you go to inactive status, your commission rate drops to 15%. You can regain active status by submitting an order of $75 in PV during one month. Read more about staying active here.
What are the different designer levels?
Submit $75 in Personal Volume every month to be an active Designer for your mentor, and earn 20-40% commission on your sales.
Submit $100 in Personal Volume to earn Charm of the Month club (COTM) which is exclusive charms just for designers! You earn 20-40% commission on your sales.
Submit $250 in PV every month to be a Storybuilder Designer earning 30-50% commission on your sales
Submit $150 in PV during a rolling six months to keep your business.
What is Personal Volume ( PV )?
PV is the wholesale amount you pay the Nest (our corporate office). So you take the retail cost and minus the discount we earn to get the wholesale cost aka Personal Volume. Charms, Metals Plates and Dangles we get a 50% discount/Commission on. Lockets, Chains, Window Plates, Tagged® collection Earrings and other jewelry we get a 30% discount/commission. Example: $40 locket, We get a $12 Discount/Commission, so for the locket we earn a PV of $28.
How old do you have to be to join?
11 Years old with a parent's permission! 11 is such a perfect age to start working with your very own business with an adult.

How much can I earn?
Honestly that is up to you – the more you sell, the more you make! How much time do you want to devote to your new business? I just love our Career Plan! It is truly one of the most generous in the industry. Designers earn 40-50% commissions on sales of charms, Dangles and Metal Plates + 20-30% on all other jewelry. If you decide to mentor a team you can earn additional monthly earnings starting at 9% up to 15% on anyone you personally sponsor.
