TERMS & CONDITIONS
The ‘Something for Everyone’ Programs are available to all Origami Owl, LLC or Origami Owl, ULC (hereinafter “O2”) Independent Designers and Sponsors on the terms and conditions noted for each Program. O2 reserves the right to discontinue or alter the terms of any Program without notice.
IGNITE YOUR TEAM CONDITIONS
++ This Program runs from 4 pm EDT on April 24, 2015 through 11:59 pm EDT on July 31, 2015
(“Program Period”).
++ Independent Designers who are participating in the Soar to More program may not participate in the
Ignite Your Team program. Designers enrolled on or after March 1 are not eligible for the Ignite Your
Team Program and should refer to the Soar to More Program for bonus opportunities.
++ Mentor bonuses will be paid only for Designers on your first level. There is no limit on the number of
Designers a mentor may enroll in the Ignite Your Team Program.
++ The team member must have had less than $99 PV in both February and March, and must not be a
previously terminated Designer.
++ Bonuses will be calculated following submission of a valid claim form (see submission details below).
++ Bonus may not be substituted, transferred or exchanged.
++ Non-compliance with these terms & conditions may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the bonus.
++ This Program is void where prohibited and is subject to change, suspension, modification or termination
by O2. All decisions made by O2 concerning this Program or payments of any bonus related to this
Program are final.
++ Liability for federal, state, local, foreign or other taxes imposed upon a bonus received is the
responsibility of the Designer. Bonus recipients agree to accurately complete any applicable tax
documents.
CLAIM SUBMISSION DETAILS
++ A valid claim form must be submitted for the Ignite Your Team Program. All required fields on the
applicable claim form must be completed to be valid.
++ Bonuses will be calculated following submission of a valid claim form. Claim forms must be submitted
by the 5th business day following the end of the month in which the bonus was earned. If not properly
claimed by the 5th business day following the end of the month in which the bonus was earned, the
bonus will be forfeited.
++ Once verified, bonuses will be paid on or before the next monthly commission payout.
++ Bonuses will be paid in the local currency of the Designer receiving the payment.
++ Designers must meet applicable Program requirements during the Program Period to qualify for
the bonus.
