Let's start with the definition of a mentor. men·tor noun \ˈmen-ˌtȯr, -tər\ : someone who teaches or gives help and advice to a less experienced and often younger person
My definition of a mentor is someone...
- Who guides you through your business
- Encourages you
- Teaches you how to duplicate their process
- Inspires you
- Helps you develop into a better leader
