How to meet new team members
- Make a list of all of your friends, family, old co-workers or anyone you think might be looking for your business opportunity. Never don't include someone. You never know if they could be your next business partner.
- Schedule and Hold AT LEAST 2-3 parties per week. One of your best sources of building your team is from your events. You have the ability to talk with a group of men or women who might just be looking to start their own business.
- Schedule opportunity calls, meetings or interviews. Host the event in a public locations like a restaurant, coffee house, park etc. This allows you to invite anyone who may be interested in hearing about the business. It gives you a group of men and women to talk. Bring your planner. You want to be prepared to schedule one on one meetings with your prospective new team member. I suggest trying a date that is within the next three days after their initial interest.
- Post on your Fan FaceBook Page, share it on your personal FaceBook also. Share the exciting things that are happening with you and your team. Create excitement. Always follow up with them in a private message or email.
- Look at your contact slips from the past. Maybe someone expressed interest, but you missed it the first time around.
- Follow up with people who have shown an interest in the past.
- Touch base with team members that have expressed an interest in starting a team. Ask those team members to commit to weekly goals. It can be number of new contacts for the week, parties, new team members added, whatever you want really. Create an event on your team page or even hold weekly coaching calls with them. Reward those that complete their weekly goal with a prize. It can be something small. Then at the end of the year reward the person with the most goals completed with a bigger prize.

Setting weekly goals is vital to your success. Write them down, put them every where around your house, office, car etc. You want to always remind yourself what you are accomplishing that week. Your goals can be things like:
- "I will book 2 more parties this week for next month."
- "I will call 5 people that showed an interest in signing up."
- "I will look for 2 last minute parties for next week."
- "I will share my business with 5 random people while I am out running errands."
- "I will read a personal development book."
These are your goals. Make them whatever you want them to be. Set your schedule each week with these goals in mind. Have a group of people within your company, family or friends that will hold you accountable. You can even share your goals on Facebook. Let the whole world know. Success draws success.
